How to pick
a floor that lasts.

Four questions we walk every client through before quoting.

  1. 01

    Where is it going?

Wet rooms want LVT or porcelain. Bedrooms want carpet or wood. Hallways want hard-wearing. The room dictates the spec — not the other way around.

  2. 02

    What's underneath?

Concrete screed, suspended timber, existing tile? Each demands a different prep — latex, ply overlay, decoupling matt. We test before we quote.

  3. 03

    How much foot traffic?

A family hallway in CR0 sees 10x the wear of a guest bedroom. AC ratings, wear layers and pile twist all matter once you know the load.

  4. 04

    What's the budget?

Honest ranges, not hooks. We'll tell you when laminate is the smart call and when engineered oak earns its premium.
