- Do you supply materials, or just fit?
- Both. Most clients prefer we supply too — it's one warranty, one accountable team, and trade pricing passes through.
- How long from quote to install?
- Residential: typically 2–4 weeks. Commercial out-of-hours: 4–8 weeks once spec is signed.
- Do you move furniture?
- Yes, included in residential whole-home quotes. Single-room quotes assume the room is clear unless noted.
- Can you work around tenants or trading?
- Constantly. Phased installs, night shifts and weekend turnarounds are routine on commercial.
- What about removal of old flooring?
- Quoted as a separate line so you can compare apples to apples. We tidy and recycle where possible.
- Do you charge for the quote?
